Comment:

 The change to fix the spurious key dialog (see also #5912) became too
 invasive since Sugar has closely bound the saved passphrases and the
 connections that it asks NetworkManager to make.  Review on sugar-devel@
 failed because of introduction of two new flaws:
  * loss of passphrase on cancel,
  * loss of existing passphrases during an upgrade from earlier versions of
 Sugar 0.84.
