 I can confirm that at least in one environment, clicking the "Disconnect"
 hover-menu option in Neighborhood while running build os140py caused the
 connection to the AP to disconnect (as evidenced by the disappearance of
 the parentheses around the AP icon, and by the AP icon no longer being
 shown in Frame).

 Please note that I do not have wireless, so the only way I can test
 wireless is by taking an XO along when I go to places such as commercial
 establishments.  [My comment 16 was with os129py (it had
 Sugar-0.84.15.bernie2) in a place that had unlocked APs.  With os140py (it
 had Sugar-0.84.15.3), I was in a place where APs used WEP keys.]

 I note that as of 4/15, http://xs-dev.laptop.org/~dsd/repos/f11 still has
 only sugar 0.84.15-1.  I presume the #9788 fix needs to be added to non-
 Paraguay F11 builds for the XO-1.
