 When user performs the following actions to do the resume, it is not
 functioning as expected only in OS13.
 -       Press the keyboard keys
 -       Click on touch pad
 -       Press the Game keys
 -       Lid is opened
  I suggest, resume should happen when user tries to do the above mentioned
 actions all the time.


 Steps to recreate the defect:

         Precondition
 -       OLPC is power on
 -       OLPC is in Suspend in sleep mode

 1.      Press the keyboard keys

                   2. Click on touch pad

 3. Press the Game keys

                   4. Lid is opened      (Note -sometimes it is not resume
 from sleep mode)



 Actual Result:

 When user performs the following actions to do the resume, it is not
 functioning as expected only in OS13.
 -       Press the keyboard keys
 -       Click on touch pad
 -       Press the Game keys
 -       Lid is opened


 Enhancement:
                          I suggest, resume should happen when user tries
 to do the following actions all the time.
 -       Press the keyboard keys
 -       Click on touch pad
 -       Press the Game keys
 -       Lid is opened

 Firmware: Q2E42
 Security disable: Yes
 Sugar version: 0.84.14
