Comment:

 The font seems to be free to download, so if the developer is nice enough,
 it would be easy to get permissions. However, it would be advisable to
 exercise caution here, since laws for fonts differ from country to country
 (in some countries, it is perfectly legal to copy the shapes of characters
 from one font to another, but in others, it's regarded as copyright
 violation). So if the glyphs for A_Nefel_Sereke are derived from any other
 font, there's a chance that we may run into problems.
