 Xv lacks I420 support.  This can be worked around easily in software, and
 the workaround is generally cheap (in terms of performance and memory) but
 not quite free.  Would be nice to have I420 Xv.

 I forget if XO-1 had I420.  If it did, then in a very limited sense this
 represents a regression.
