New description:

 Reproducer: place a PDF file with a name containing spaces on a web
 server.  Open Browse.  Attempt to open the URL (e.g. by clicking on it).
 No content is displayed if the file name contained spaces.

 Test content consisting of the same file with different names can be found
 at:
 http://dev.laptop.org/~quozl/10098/

 Expected result: content is displayed.
