 On a B1 running Q3A11, I installed os30 via fs-update onto the internal SD
 card.

I booted the laptop (first boot), named the laptop, picked an icon. I
explored the formatting and config files for a few minutes. then powered
 off using the power button

I then booted the laptop again (second boot), and
it went back to the name input! But that isn't this bug. There was also
no keyboard input accepted. Mouse events were still moving the cursor on
the screen, but nothing I typed on the keyboard did anything. CTL-
 ALT-F1/F2 didn't work.

I rebooted with the power button again (third boot). It went back to the
name input again, but this time, keyboard input was accepted.

The attached log shows the first boot, the second boot (when the keyboard
wasn't recognized) at 00:44:01, and a third boot (where the keyboard
 worked fine.) at 00:48:21.

The error messages from atkbd.c after the second boot seem to reflect this
 problem.

This problem has also been seen from OFW.
