 It turns out that OFW isn't supposed to respond to SCI wakeup events by
 default - you are supposed to have to say "sci-wakeup" to enable that
 wakeup source.  By "supposed to", I mean the intended behavior for
 compatibility with the way it works on XO-1.

 Due to a bug in the startup sequence, Q3A10 and earlier XO-1.5 OFW is
 enabling SCI wakeup by default.  Were it not for that bug, OFW would
 ignore the SCIs.

 There is brown-bag OFW at dev.laptop.org:~wmb/q3a10d.rom that fixes said
 bug.
