#9577: OFW USB selftest should actually test the USB ports, not output a fisheye
pattern

The USB selftest included in OFW for as long as I can remember (I have a
short memory) is actually a very low level hardware verification tool. It
outputs a fisheye pattern which can be used (in conjuction with an
oscilloscope) to verify the signal integrity of the USB traces on the
 motherboard.

In production and in the field, a quicker functional test of the USB ports
is needed. I'm not sure what this should be, as the functional test of
the motherboards is done with a number of peripherals (optical scanner,
ethernet dongle, and USB key) plugged into the USB ports.

Perhaps just a check to see that some USB device is connected to each port
 ?
