Comment(by pgf):

 somewhat surprisingly, this reproducibly occurs only on the 3rd and later
 suspends.  the first two suspends have identical traces, but no extra
 delay before "ACPI handle has no context".

 reproduced on two machines.  the second machine has normal (un-ECO'ed)
 wireless connection.
