Comment:

 This is a much nastier issue than I originally thought. We suspend/resume
 just fine the first time, but due to whatever weird state we end up in
 after the resume, the SDHCI controller adds a 20s delay to the suspend
 path on subsequent suspends. :( Marking it as a blocker.
