Comment:

 The PCI subsystem ID part will be handled by 9498.

 I'm changing the title of the bug to emphasize the configuration default
 register part.

 What we need is to make sure those config default registers are set
 correctly.

 We also need to check whether they retain their values after
 suspend/resume.
