Comment:

 After we patched initrd with #9446 we ended up with a :

  Cannot find device "eth0"

 We dropped into dash and insmod-ed libertas_sdio and eth0 appeared.

 Now we need to figure out how to add libertas_sdio.ko (and associated
 firmware) to the initrd; somehow just copying it to the right path isn't
 enough (modprobe still doesn't find it). Once we get this working we can
 keep debugging the rest of the wireless activation process.
