Comment:

 Yes, that's a short cut Gavin took to get the wrapper into Fedora (it was
 simpler to add a file to a package than getting a new package approved).

 Not sure how to proceed - maybe the updater needs to be fixed to only
 consider the software in /home? Or split off the Sugar bundle from the
 Etoys rpm? Delete /usr/share/sugar/activities when building the os image,
 and install the Etoys XO bundle like for the other activities?
