 How did you do "3. Open audio files by using jukebox"?

 For me, if in Journal View I list the removable device content, then from
 the music file entry's palette click 'open with Jukebox' -- Jukebox plays
 that file.

 If in Home View I click on Jukebox, it displays the "Object Chooser"
 window, which currently does not support accessing files on removable
 devices.

 In either case, I do *not* get "4.It shows can't open file".

 I cannot reproduce your problem description (os32).
