 The sub-vendor and sub-system pci id are not set on the X0 1.5 A2 and B2.
 Instead, it is set to the vendor and system id. This doesn't allow for
 proper recognition of the board. For example, openchrome relies on this
 information to automatically enable the panel on board known as being used
 in laptops. The vendor id for Quanta is 0x152d, they'll have to choose a
 subsystem id for the XO 1.5 board and use that for the sub-system id.
