 Wad jumpered a B2 machine for 32-bit DRAM testing.  The machine is labeled
 D2 and has an unlabeled (suspected A-data) SD card installed.  It is
 otherwise a standard B2 except for the two wires for the 32-bit jumper.

 After installing OS31 the machine would not boot it using either OFW Q3A11
 or Q3A11D.  From OFW, the command:

 ok boot int:\olpc.fth

 produced the output:

 Loading ramdisk image from last:\initrd.img
 <buffer at ff9edc30>:5: Inflate size error
 Page Fault

 The process is repeatable, and different configurations seem to report
 different addresses in the error message, but for a given config the error
 address remains the same (I'm not 100% confident of that, as I didn't test
 it thoroughly).

 The machine is tagged "WAD D2" with this Trac ticket number on it.
