 On my 802 build, "sugar-launch" works on the command line with the
 parameter set to the activity name. On fC11 XO1.5, sugar-launch requires
 that the second parameter be set to the bundle-id. (org.laptop.Maze)

 It took months of playing with the code, and writing my own versions, to
 realize that the more recent sugar-launch actually works -- but that
 someone changed the parameter.
