Comment(by culseg):

 Using OS46 for about 2 days showing two battery images, one for 96%, other
 appeared 'charged' but then flipped to 96%. XO was only viewing Sugar all
 this time.

 After olpc-update to f11_xo1.5-47 (slow to update, about 5 minutes) then
 'Restart' finds only one battery icon, still at 96%
