 The shell log shows some difficulty establishing DBus connection.  There's
 also something that reminds me of the NUL filled files when we were using
 ext4 or ext3 with different mount options, combined with forced power
 downs.  Has this symptom been seen since the filesystem data corruption
 fixes were applied?
