 After running TurtleArt, a journal entry is created for "tamyblock.py"
 which registers as a journal entry for pippy (also on the home screen).

 Attempting to start this journal entry causes Pippy to open on that file,
 but also Sugar's pulsing starting dialog for Pippy remains forever as a
 "grey circle window" in the frame. This ghost starting dialog does not go
 away until reboot.
