 On the XO 1.5, the camera in Etoys does not show an image.

 To reproduce, click the Supplies icon in the tool bar, drag out an Object
 Catalog, click Multimedia", drag out the Camera display. It should show a
 camera image like on the XO-1. Instead, it shows a timer on a blue
 background, meaning it did not find any usable video source. There is no
 error logged.
