Comment:

 Fixed by svn 1496.

 Testing requires a board with the new DRAM chips with the ID0 strap set
 high (R90 moved to R89).  I tested with such a board, verifying that the
 new setting is present in memory controller register D0F3 Rx62, and
 running memtest past the point where it failed before when the setting was
 incorrect.  I also tested on a board with old DRAM chips, verifying the
 old register setting and running memtest.
