Comment:

 This is http://dev.sugarlabs.org/ticket/1241  . There are a bunch of
 patches in that ticket - I put all of them in a single patch. I did not do
 anything for sugar-base, as the mime-type seems to come from gio (from a
 later modification of the patch).
