 Using a fresh installation of OS42/Q3A16 on an XO-1.5 B3 prototype (#1A
and another). Boot, then type "echo mem > /sys/power/state".
The system goes to sleep, the DCON keeps the image, the power LED starts
 blinking.

Press the power button, and the screen changes (the Y position of the
cursor changes), but the system is now locked up hard.

On the serial port, we see that there was memory corruption, as only a
 "+r" was printed out.

Suspend/resume works fine from OFW (although the image on the screen
slowly decays), so I don't believe this is a hardware problem. It sounds
like something is accessing memory after it is supposed to, bringing the
memory out of self-refresh right before the processor goes to sleep (and
 stops refreshing the memory).

This behavior is not seen on B2 prototypes.
