That is quite consistent with his report of powering off the unit, in
light of #9612. Sugar must assume file corruption may occur, and recover
gracefully. #9455 may reduce the probability of this happening again, but
really, Sugar should be resilient to file corruption, because #9455 isn't
the only source of potential corruption.
