Comment related to "Stabilize OFW USB handling on XO-1.5":

I normally have USB devices plugged in (through a hub) to my XO-1.5 while
 running. If, when booting the XO-1.5 from power-on (q3a16, os40) I press
the check key and have the USB hub plugged in, OFW does not tell me "Using
USB keyboard". When OFW tells me "Type esc to ..." and I press <esc> (or
any key) on the USB keyboard, OFW plays the chime again -- it is
restarting its boot sequence. [Often it gets into a restart loop, where
the only thing I can do is power off.]

My bypass, when I need to press the <esc> key, is to pull the USB cable
(to the hub) before powering on. Then I can press the <esc> key on the
green keyboard in order to have OFW pause at the ok prompt.
