 Using the grab key for touchpad directed scrolling feels unresponsive in
 Firefox.

 Reproducer:
  * switch to Gnome desktop,
  * start Firefox,
  * close excess tabs,
  * visit site http://wiki.laptop.org/ ,
  * wait for browser to finish loading,
  * select ''Full Screen'' from the ''View'' menu,
  * press and hold the grab key between fn and alt,
  * move finger up and down on trackpad.

 Observed behaviour:
  * scroll updates lag finger movements by between one and five seconds,

 Desired behaviour:
  * lag under a tenth of a second.

 The lag decreases with smaller zoom settings.

 Comparing against the Browse activity ... there is a slight lag, though
 not as bad as in Firefox.  The lag increases with zoom.
