 changing the initialization value of D17f0 Rx50 from 0xcc to 0xc8 (in
 ioinit.fth, line 281) lets linux see 6 ports, rather than just 4.   use:

 before booting to try this manually -- i'm not set up to test a device
 connected to the "future hacking" pads.  (from my grepping, it looks like
 this might be the only necessary OFW change, but mitch will know better,
 of course.)  however, this enables both USB ports 4 and 5 -- presumably
 enabling USB on the WLAN connector is okay?
