 That page lists something different - it lists the components of the wider
 platform, the components which activities can expect to be present on any
 sugar system.

 This ticket is different. If sugar uses a component directly in its own
 code then indeed it should be checked at configure-time.

 Nirbheek, if you're still interested in this, you should file this on the
 sugar bug tracker at http://dev.sugarlabs.org preferably with patches :)
