 Scenario:

 1 - on build 802, save my valued Journal Entries to a USB disk. These are
 saved "naked"(w/o metadata) and the metadata is stored in .olpc.store at
 the root of the disk
 2 - upgrade OS to a F11/0.84-based build (on same XO-1 or on a new XO-1.5)
 - tested with os34
 3 - mount USB disk
 4 - the Journal ignores the metadata present in .olpc.store, and does not
 know what to do with the files

 This bug is caused by the same Sugar change as #9657
