 I haven't been able to reproduce this with either 2.6.30 or 2.6.31 both
 with and w/o the wireless card inserted on my machine. :(

 The board I'm testing on has a tag with both B2-D0 and T02 on it and has
 the WLAN_EN signal connected to the EC. Looking at the motherboard it
 appears that there definitely no other ECO on here. Paul, can you test on
 a machine w/o the DCONIRQ ECO and see if you can reproduce? I'm not sure
 why it would cause such a delay but seems to be only variation between our
 two boards. Also, I'm running Q3A15.

 (On a related  note, it seems that 2.6.31 adds a several second delay
 after "PM: Syncing filesystems ... done.").
