Comment:

 Fixed by svn 1465 and 1466.  The fix will appear in q3a16.

 The new OFW commands "enable-unused-clocks" and "disable-unused-clocks"
 can be used for testing the power savings.

 The unused clock generator outputs are disabled automatically on startup
 and on resume from S3.
