 We're seeing a hang, and slow blits, using 16bpp in X.  That should be
 looked into, but we should separately consider moving to 24bpp for the
 better performance.

 This ticket coordinates the three changes required:  OFW, viafb_bpp=24 in
 the kernel, and the xorg.conf change.  Over to Mitch for the former.
