 The device is "Intellinet Hi-speed USB 2.0 to Fast Ethernet Adapter".  The
 chip inside is Asix AX88772A - which is a little different from the non-A
 version that we have seen a lot before.

 OFW will neither transmit nor receive packets with this device.
