should make sure our disk full behavior is at least as good as 802.
For the record, the primary reason for introducing all these tmpfsen was
to speed up olpc-update by enabling use of the faster "pristine-tree"
update algorithm as opposed to the more expensive "dirty-tree" update
algorithm.
