 I'd like to know if there's any way we can detect icons that don't have
 the correct padding. Right now, a really basic icon that matches the size
 spec in every way but specifying the correct canvas size (55 x 55px) gets
 rendered 20% too large since it's scaled up to fit that 55px cell. Is
 there a way to render them centered within the cell anyway so that the
 look normal (without the scaling) by default?
