 XO-1.5 with os34.

 Filling /tmp and /var/tmp leads to ungraceful behaviour. The system
 slows, touchpad actions are either not responded to or are delayed, user
 interface actions are not completed, Ctrl-Alt-F2 switch to text console
 delayed, console may not log in ... looks like what you get when the
 system has run out of memory. ''dmesg'' shows the OOM killer has
 activated.

 Reproducer:
  * start Terminal,
  * type "cat < /dev/zero > /tmp/big" and expect an error message "''No
 space left on device''",
  * type "cat < /dev/zero > /var/tmp/big" and expect the same error
 message.

 Rebooting fixes the lack of response.

 Perhaps the total tmpfs allocation should not exceed the total memory, or
 swap should be added.
