 powertop 1.11 reports 35W on build os34

 This is based on ACPI data, so it may be a hint that our ACPI data is off.
 If power mgmt tools or hal read the same data and take it as good it could
 lead to undesided side-effects.

 Not sure what component ACPI issues belong to. OFW?
