 libertas-sd8686-firmware package created and added to my public_rpms

 submitted for Fedora at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=533075

 modified kernel spec files to depend on the firmware packages, and removed
 firmware references from the build script

 --> should be fixed in next build
