 The DC-coupled input port is port F on the Conexant chip, whereas the AC-
 coupled port is port B.  The same signal goes to both ports, the only
 difference being DC-blocking capacitors in series with port B.

 Using DC mode would thus require choosing port F as the signal source and
 optionally turning off the microphone bias voltage.  The bias voltage is
 optional because there might be cases where you would want to use the bias
 voltage as part of the sensor operation.
