 We had to stop using team wiki for new restricted documents because of
 security concerns.  So now we are back in the dark ages of managing
 documents by putting them in a shared directory on dev.laptop.org .

 One attractive solution is to make team wiki accessible only via a VPN
 tunnel.  People seem to like OpenVPN...
