 I believe key commands and shortcuts should be identical between 1.0 and
 1.5 to decrease confusion given that they appear *almost* identical. If
 you disagree ask yourself this: would it make sense to switch the reflash
 keys from the 4 game-pad keys to holding down the rotate button on
 startup??
