 In XO-1.5 hardware version starting with B3, the SD ports are being
 reassigned as:

 0 - external SD
 1 - WLAN
 2 - internal SD

 The internal SD slot (2) will have power controlled by an EC GPIO, as the
 power control for slot 2 on the VX855 is less than functional in suspend.

 We need to have the SD/MMC driver patched to use the EC when powering
 up/down slot 2 on B3 or later XO-1.5 laptops.

 This is very similar to #9591, but with a different urgency.
