 If the frame key is hit while the startup sound is playing, it continues
 to play.

 If the escape key is hit first, then the frame key, the startup sound
 continues to play, ... and can be stopped by typing enable-interrupts.

 If the escape key is not hit, the system does not boot.  A black block
 cursor is at top left.  OFW accepts commands from keyboard but they are
 not displayed.

 Occurs on XO-1.5 B2 with Q3A15 or Q3A15A.

 (does not occur on XO-1 with Q2E41b)
