#9312: keyboard no function in OFW while attach the usb keyboard.

 1.Make sure the usbkeyboard and keyboard in laptop are all well used in
 system.
 2.Reboot the system.
 3.Press "Esc" key to enter the OFW after the laptop power on.
 4.You will find you can just use the usbkeyboard to input.
 5.Plug out the usbkeyboard.
 6.Keyboard in laptop also no function.
