 Thanks Michael, I'd never have found that. Implementing as an initramfs is
 a great idea, I hadn't realised it was done like that. dracut will help us
 there.

 Sayamindu, I think you should open another ticket for that, or perhaps a
 devel thread. I'm not so sure that language bundles is something that we
 want to push, simply because they overwrite files that are installed from
 other sources (namely .xo bundles and RPMs) which are likely to be updated
 in future. To me it feels like an intermediate solution for the people who
 really need it, until we have something that is going to play nice with
 the system as a whole.
