uEagle-ATM is a driver for ADSL USB modems with ADI's Eagle-USB chipset
like Sagem Fast 800 or Comtrend CT-350. This driver has been
integrated into the kernel and just need to be added to the kernel's
 config file.

The Sagem Fast 800 is a cheap usb modem that is given by ISP to customers
in several countries (France, Poland, Morocco...) and many people use it
as the only way to connect to the internet, as the wifi is still expensive
here in Morocco and in other 3rd world countries.
