 Using kernel-2.6.30-20090611.1.olpc.206862a on XO-1.5 Atest, the Fn key is
 not a dead-key as it should be.

 On the virtual terminal, if I press Fn+right arrow (end) then a ~
 character is printed. It still functions otherwise (the cursor moves to
 the end of the line).

 Same problem in X, except the character that gets printed is =

 Also saw this on XO-1.
