 Thomas's comments are the most troubling - the variation in behavior.
 Claudia is now encountering a similar problem on a Spanish machine running
 802 with security turned off (dev key installed), and with no other
 browsers running.

 After seeing this error message:

 And clicking 'OK', the activity runs fine for me, but it requires a
 clickthrough every time.
